At ManCave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your grooming essentials. If a product doesn't meet your standards, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ManCave account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused grooming products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
